What’s one belief or value that has guided you in every major decision?
Trust in the efforts being put in, of course, with the gut feeling.
How do you balance family life with your demanding professional role?
Bring in family also to work with me. Just kidding. Of course, with both the kids moving into engineering studies with a focus on DS and AI, more conversations spill in from work and they love the conversations. Of course, I do take forced breaks during special days, for the family.
Was there a turning point in your career that defined everything that followed?
My decision to make continuous learning a habit, every day, and hence be a better version of myself, as compared to the previous day.
What is the one piece of financial advice you would like to give to your younger self?
Invest in yourself both professionally, financially and in building your network. After all, your network will help you to improve your net worth.
If you could describe your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?
Every problem comes with an opportunity to improve from what we were before we faced the problem.
