What does a typical weekend look like for a senior leader like you, balancing work responsibilities and personal time?

Time with family is non-negotiable—whether it’s a family lunch, helping with tasks, or enjoying activities like board games or a movie night. A coffee meet-up or call with an old colleague to converse on tech, leadership, or personal growth. I also mentor rising leaders, ensuring I learn and give back. One of my hobbies is looking after my Car which is therapeutic for me; cleaning and maintaining it brings satisfaction. I also enjoy driving to clear my mind or weekend getaways with family. As the weekend winds down, I dedicate time to quiet activities like meditation, journaling, or simply relaxing with a good book.

If you weren’t a C-suite leader, what career path would you have chosen instead?

I like a career in Law and BTW I did LLB in the start of my career. So being in Bar, Bench or Legislation could be the Alternate career that I may have pursued.

What is the one piece of life advice you would like to share with others as an individual?

I am very much fascinated with the Journey of Human being. So I appreciate the efforts put up by one in anything building and operating and try to understand the problem in hand by putting in their shoes. .

What is the one book you would recommend to others and why do you believe it’s a must-read?

To Pixar and Beyond. I like the Detail of Journey and dedication needed to make a successful enterprise. Lawrence Levy is very well told about the journey of Pixar.

Who is your role model, and what qualities or achievements of theirs inspire you the most?

Larry Ellison. I found his role as Techie in starting the DBMS company. I was very much excited in the past about his work and vision in building Oracle from a very small database centric company to A tech Company that is still relevant. He always dream big and took big bets alongside heavy tech stuff.
