What does a typical weekend look like for a senior leader like you, balancing work responsibilities and personal time?
Yes, that’s about right. Spending time with family is really important, so most of my weekends are dedicated to that. I also do a lot of tech talks, which often happen on weekends too, so they take up a good portion of my time as well.
If you weren’t a C-suite leader, what career path would you have chosen instead?
I’m a professional theatre actor and absolutely love performing. Before COVID, I did theatre for about 5 years and did over 10 live shows in the Delhi NCR. If things had gone differently, I might have either continued with theatre or maybe even become a social media influencer, like many from Gen Z are doing these days.
What is the one piece of life advice you would like to share with others as an individual?
Don’t wait for things to happen at the right time, this is the right time, just do it.
What is the one book you would recommend to others and why do you believe it’s a must-read?
Honestly, I’m not an avid book reader. But if I had to recommend one, Atomic Habits is definitely worth reading at least once. Whether you’re looking to increase productivity, improve your health, or build better habits, this book lays out a clear and effective roadmap for achieving success.Who is your role model, and what qualities or achievements of theirs inspire you the most?
I genuinely consider myself my own role model, and I’m not kidding about it. While I may not be the perfect example, I believe that with everything I’ve accomplished and the point I’ve reached in life, I can confidently say I’ve done well. That said, if I were to choose someone else, it would definitely be MS Dhoni and I don’t think I have to explain why.To know more about us / publish your article, reach us at
