The Technology Excellence Awards 2023, was organized and hosted by Quantic India, on 10th of March at Holiday Inn, New Delhi.

The third edition of Technology Excellence awards provided a platform to all the experts from different Technology sectors to share their expertise on Chabot’s, Multi- Cloud, future of cloud, AR & VR, Cyber Security.

Key Highlights of the panel discussion:

  • The rise of AI powered interactions with Chabots has changed the way we communicate with machines. Chabots are computer programs that use natural language processing and machine learning to interact with humans in a conversational way. They have become increasingly popular, due to their ability to provide quick and efficient customer service, increase lead conversion rates, and improve user experience. AI-powered Chabots are quickly becoming an essential part of doing business in the modern world.
  • Building the right application can be a frightening task, but with the help of algorithms and automation, it can be made much easier. Algorithms are used to create and organize data, while automation can help streamline processes, making them faster and more efficient. Combining these two elements in an application can provide endless possibilities for success and improved productivity.
  • Mobile edge computing is revolutionizing the way applications are developed and run. It has enabled developers to move compute power closer to the user, reducing latency and enabling a more personalized user experience. This is especially true for applications that require real-time insights such as autonomous vehicles, virtual and augmented reality, and streaming services which require data processing at the edge. With mobile edge computing becoming increasingly pervasive, it’s likely that many more applications will be built with this technology in mind in the future.
  • Low code and no code building is revolutionizing the way businesses use technology to solve problems. With the emergence of evolved AI, this technology is becoming even more powerful and easier to use. This means that businesses can now quickly create custom applications with minimal technical know-how, which can help them stay competitive in an increasingly digital world. Low code and no code building offer businesses a great opportunity to leverage AI technologies without having to invest heavily in developing complex software solutions.
  • The use of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technology is revolutionizing the way people interact with applications. AR and VR are enabling users to view and interact with content in a more immersive, realistic environment. This technology is pushing user experience standards to new heights as it provides users with an enriched, engaging experience that can be tailored to their individual needs. People now expect more from applications, and AR and VR provide the potential for developers to meet those expectations.
  • Cloud software delivery is quickly becoming the future of software. It offers many advantages over traditional methods, such as lower costs and greater flexibility. Cloud technology also allows for faster deployment, allowing companies to get their products and services to market more quickly. With the ability to scale up or down as needed, cloud technology provides organizations with a more adaptive platform for delivering their software solutions. The scalability and convenience of cloud computing make it an attractive choice for businesses looking to maximize their return on investment in terms of time, money and resources.
  • Super Apps are revolutionizing the way people interact with technology, allowing users to access a wide variety of services in one platform. This is creating great opportunities for businesses, but also presenting some challenges. One of the biggest upcoming challenges will be maintaining security and privacy of user data while still providing seamless functionality. Additionally, ensuring that super apps remain user-friendly and engaging in order to keep users coming back will become increasingly important as competition increases. Finally, super apps must remain agile and adaptive to keep up with emerging trends and changing customer needs.
  • The growing importance of progressive web apps and on-demand apps is undeniable. They offer a quick, easy and convenient way to access services, goods and information. This makes them extremely attractive to businesses looking to expand their customer base, as they provide an efficient platform for engaging with customers in real-time. Furthermore, progressive web apps can work offline, enabling users to access content even when not connected to the internet. With this added convenience, customers are more likely to return for future engagements with a business.
  • By 2023, DevOps is expected to face a number of challenges when it comes to application security. As applications become integrated with more complex systems and architectures, the potential for new vulnerabilities increases exponentially. Additionally, as developers move faster and faster in order to keep up with ever-evolving customer demands, traditional security measures may be insufficient for ensuring application safety. Furthermore, the increase of cloud-based services and distributed computing will require further technical expertise from the DevOps team in order to ensure that applications are secure and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • The changing environment and the ever-evolving application threat landscape present a challenge for organizations to keep up with the latest security threats. Staying ahead of the curve requires continuous monitoring, testing, and assessment of applications to ensure that they are secure from potential risks. Organizations must also stay abreast of new developments in cybersecurity, staying one step ahead of malicious actors by understanding application vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
