It’s a story of grounded ambition—where doing well isn’t just a philosophy, but a way of life.

Join Mr. Udbhav Mishra – Head CX Strategy & Experience at Fresh Bus in an engaging conversation with Mr. Marquis Fernandes who spearheads the India Business for Quantic India as they explore the beliefs, values, key turning points, and mindset that have shaped Udbhav’s remarkable career in marketing and customer experience.

What’s one belief or value that has guided you in every major decision?

One belief that has guided me in taking almost every major decision has been ”All Good given eventually comes around” and “Nothing ever worth doing would be easy”. These realities of life have kept me grounded and poised in the face of failure and odds. While any major decision would have its pros and cons.

How do you balance family life with your demanding professional role?

Honestly, I feel I have not been great at it. I have had my hits and misses. The good part, although has been that every failure has been a deep realization to improve myself and eventually harmonize fast-paced and demanding work life with balanced focus on Personal well-being.

Was there a turning point in your career that defined everything that followed?

A turning point in my career was during my preparation for Union Public Service Commission Examinations, as it taught me how to show grace in the face of failure and yet to be resilient to all the odds as they come. Honestly embracing my failures and learning from them has been transformative for me as a human and has significantly impacted my career and its trajectory.

What advice would you give to your 25-year-old self starting out in marketing or CX?

Resilience and Curiosity are two virtues that I would like all young minds to embrace as they journey through their professional careers. In ever-changing times of today, where what would remain relevant as a skill is difficult to envisage, it is important to be nimble.

The only constant is change so being nimble without losing mornings for your deeper self is very important.

If you could describe your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?

Do good and good shall follow- I believe that as humans, we should all strive to put forward the good in ourselves to the society and people around us ”All Good given eventually comes around”.
