What’s one belief or value that has guided you in every major decision?
Focus on things that compound – skills, people and impact.
How do you balance family life with your demanding professional role?
Manage your energy and attention on things that matter, ask yourself “Is this important? And if yes, can this be done by me or the team in half the time?”
Was there a turning point in your career that defined everything that followed?
My transition to becoming a people manager – it has helped scale my thinking, taught me about creating leverage and delivering results through my team.
What advice would you give to your 25-year-old self starting out in marketing or CX?
Be relentlessly curious. But also be intentional about applying this knowledge and improving iteratively. It’s easy to get caught up in just knowledge acquisition.
If you could describe your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?
Treat every challenge like your own business, learn fast from wins and losses, focus only on the signal – not the noise.
