Stay curious, stay grounded. Every opportunity or challenge has something to teach you—if you’re willing to listen.
How do you balance family life with your demanding professional role?
With grace, grit, and Google Calendar! I’ve learned to be fully present—whether it’s with my team or my 3-year-old son.
Was there a turning point in your career that defined everything that followed?
Yes—stepping into a CX role early on helped me see marketing beyond campaigns. It taught me to design for moments, not just metrics.
What advice would you give to your 25-year-old self-starting out in marketing or CX?
Don’t chase roles—chase impact. And don’t underestimate how far consistency and empathy can take you.
If you could describe your life philosophy in one sentence, what would it be?
Live fully, move often, love deeply—and leave things better than you found them.
