24th June, Bengaluru, India: The 2nd Annual CX Excellence Awards 2023, recently held on 23th June, saw an amazing response. The theme of the 2nd Edition was “The Path to Perfect CX – Achieving a Frictionless Seamless Journey”. The business conference had 3 panel discussions with leading Customer Experience leaders that discussed the existing complexities, strategies to improve the process of customer experience functioning.
