The 3rd Annual BFSI Technology Awards 2022, was organized and hosted by Quantic India. The Event was scheduled on 8th of April 2022 at Holiday Inn, Mumbai.
The Annual Tech Excellence Awards, was the perfect platform to highlight the extraordinary contributions made by leading companies in the financial and technology sectors. It was about offering honours for projects that had been recognized for the tech and societal transformation they wrought in the monetary sector or the business sector. The BFSI Technology Excellence Award Program provides a platform for organizations and people to recognize achievement in the field of information technology and financial services.
An overview of the major topics that were discussed during this panel discussion:
- The first topic of the round table was, how a banking system also has become customer centric business, which was not the case 10-20 years ago.
- A Leader shared a thought mentioning COVID 19 was globally unplanned, whatever was built was being tested
- The panellists shared that during the COVID 19 as there was loss of jobs, many customers were not able to repay their loan during this period RBI came up with a moratorium curriculum. To tackle this issue the Company also came up with a new position named as process exports, who goes to the processes day in & day out.
- Technology is becoming a role player in every aspect of our lives, the round table discussed that in this era so many techs are present how do the speakers amalgamate and also innovate the data which is being brought up
- The round table also states that technology is important in this era as it is a Gen Z era
- While talking about the customer experience the panellists share that when they hire a person they look for passion, obsession and disciple.
- The panellists spoke about the power of voice and AI coming together.
- They also discussed how cloud technologies are fulfilling and how app modernization is happening.
