The 3rd Annual BFSI Technology Awards 2022, was organized and hosted by Quantic India. The Event was scheduled on 8th of April 2022 at Holiday Inn, Mumbai.
The Annual Tech Excellence Awards was the most prestigious program dedicated entirely to tech projects and innovations in the BFSI Sector. The goal was to recognize exceptional companies that are riding the digital disruption wave and leading the technology revolution in the sectors they oversee. The BFSI Technology Excellence Award Program provides a platform for people and companies to recognize achievement in the area of tech innovation and financial firms.
An overview of the major topics discussed in this panel session:
- The panelists share their views about the digital transformation before the pandemic, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. The speakers shared that they had to set a goal strategy during the pandemic that how to serve their customers
- The leaders shares their insights about how is the company navigating B2B and B2C channels separately, specifically from the point of view of their individual behaviors and also shares some of the matrix’s and the challenges faced by the company.
- The panelists shared how they plan new projects what is the science behind it and what is the thought process they follow for the creation of new projects.
- While planning a project, did the panelists think about the user/customers from both online & offline perspectives.
- There where thoughts shared by the panelists regarding what would a modern bank need to do to offer a really personalized experience to each user.
- Digitalization and not digitization was a thought shared by a panelists, stating we are replacing paper or are we really solving a customer experience. They also shared that a BRD is not a substitute for customer engagement insights.
- The speakers suggested while designing a product, put yourself in the shoes of the customer and digitalization should not often dehumanize us.
- The panelist had also focused on what are some real time communication challenges they solve and how the panelists make them personalized while talking to their clients.
- Lastly the round table session concluded on how you design a product vs what you actually deliver.
