What does a typical weekend look like for a senior leader like you, balancing work responsibilities and personal time?
A typical weekend for me involves spending quality time with my family and catching up with friends. It’s important to unwind, so I often go for outings or short trips. At the same time, I also allocate some time to reflect on the past week and prepare for the upcoming one, ensuring there’s a balance between personal relaxation and professional duties.
If you weren’t a C-suite leader, what career path would you have chosen instead?
If I weren’t in a leadership role, I would still likely be in the same field, perhaps more hands-on with technology. As an engineer at heart, it’s in my blood to be involved in this space, supporting and innovating across the tech landscape
What is the one piece of life advice you would like to share with others as an individual?
My advice would be to never stop learning. Whether in your personal life or professional career, continuous learning keeps you evolving. Stay curious, and always be open to new challenges and experiences.
What is the one book you would recommend to others and why do you believe it’s a must-read?
I highly recommend Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman. It’s a profound book that explores how we think, make decisions, and understand the world around us. It’s a must-read for anyone who wants to better grasp human behaviour and improve their decision-making.
Who is your role model, and what qualities or achievements of theirs inspire you the most?
My role model is APJ Abdul Kalam. His humility, dedication to science, and contributions to India’s space and defence programs are truly inspiring. His perseverance, vision, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life are qualities I admire the most.
